Shipping & Returns
Shipping: We offer free shipping within the continental USA.
Returns and Exchanges: We want you to love your new art. If a piece doesn't quite work in your space, you can return it within seven days of receiving your order for a full refund of the artwork price. Here are the details:
- Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of arrival.
- Condition: Art must be returned in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- For pieces up to 50 inches on the longest side, we cover the return shipping cost.
- For artwork longer than 50 inches, we will deduct a $300 return shipping fee from your refund.
- International Returns: For orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs and brokerage fees incurred.
- Special Orders: At this time, we do not accept returns on special orders or artwork altered at the customer's request.

How to Return a Piece of Artwork
Returning a piece of artwork is easy. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:
- Save the Original Packaging: When you first receive your purchase, keep the original packaging.
- Repackage the Art: Carefully repackage the artwork in its original box.
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at contact@denisejusticefineart.com or call (772) 877-5515.
- Receive a Prepaid Shipping Label: We will issue you a prepaid FedEx shipping label.
- Ship the Artwork: Affix the shipping label to the box and drop it off at any FedEx location. Items must be shipped via FedEx within seven days of receiving your order.
Note for International Returns: If you live outside of the contiguous United States, please refer to the international return procedure below.
Important: Artwork returned damaged will not be refunded unless damaged in the shipping process.
